joined KRA
in December of 1996 to open the West Coast office and is responsible for
the West Coast industrial activity. Prior to joining KRA, he was Vice President
of Catellus Development Corporation where he was responsible for the development
of over 10,000,000 square feet of industrial buildings (1981-1996). Prior
to that, he was President of Continental Illinois Realty Advisors which
managed a publicly held real estate investment trust (REIT) (1970-1980).
Before joining Continental Realty, he was a manager in the Real Estate Investment
Department of The Prudential Insurance Company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree
in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles.
