of Kensington Realty Advisors. Mr. Lee brings quantitative, qualitative
and execution skill to the management team. Mr. Lee is responsible for the
acquisition, asset management, mortgage origination and structured finance
functions of the firm. His career began in 1982 with The Prudential Realty
Group for several years and has included acquisition, asset management,
disposition and lending experience in a wide ranging geographic and property
type context. Mr. Lee received his B.S. degree in architecture from the
University of Minnesota and his M.B.A. degree in finance from the same institution.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate
Association, National Association of Real
Estate Investment Managers, and the Counselors of Real Estate.
