product design, financial structuring and strategy formulation. During his
20 year real estate career he has been involved in transactions totaling
in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Smith received bachelors and masters degrees
in real estate from the University of Wisconsin. He is actively involved
in The Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, National Association
of Real Estate Investment Managers and the Counselors of Real Estate.
