CHICAGO, IL September 13, 2007 – Chicago-based Kensington Realty Advisors, Inc. has
financed three apartment properties totaling 1,183 units. The lender was Freddie Mac and total loan proceeds were $63,350,000.
The properties are in the North and West suburbs of Chicago. Arbor Lakes Apartments is located in Arlington Heights and consists of
379 units. Green Trails is in Lisle and has 440 units. Skyridge Club is in Crystal Lake and contains 364 units.
James Lee, Senior Principal, announced the financing on behalf of one of Kensington's private equity accounts.
"The buildings are seven to twenty years old and in excellent locations. We continue to reinvest capital in the properties
to keep them at the top of the rental market," said Lee.
Kensington Realty Advisors, Inc., a real estate private equity management firm headquartered in Chicago, specializes in institutional
real estate investment and financing. Its investors include major pension funds, insurance companies and financial institutions.
