CHICAGO, IL - March 27, 2007 – Chicago-based Kensington Realty Advisors, Inc. has sold three 100%-leased industrial buildings totaling 352,132 square feet located in Novi, Auburn Hills and Sterling Heights, Michigan. Ms. Kelley Smith, principal, announced the sale was on behalf of one of its private equity accounts. The purchaser was STAG Capital Partners.

Bruce Morrison, Signature Associates, acted as the seller's broker in the transaction.
