CHICAGO, IL September 6, 2007 – Chicago-based investment manager Kensington Realty Advisors, Inc. has sold Oxford Hill, a 480-unit, garden style apartment community located in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Kelley Smith, principal, announced the sale was on behalf of one of its pension fund accounts. The purchaser was Steven D. Bell and Company.

Mike Hanrahan and Paul Hilton of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker acted as the seller's broker in the transaction.
