CHICAGO, IL December 17, 2007 – Chicago-based investment manager Kensington Realty Advisors, Inc. has sold a 260,000 square foot industrial building located in the White Oak Business Park in Aurora, IL. Ms. Kelley Smith, principal, announced the sale was on behalf of one of its pension fund accounts.
